Usando Voult accetti questi termini.

01Who we are
Filippo Pilotta, a natural person, owner of the SKYNETLAB brand and developer of Voult.
Address: Via Cavour 25, 24046 Osio Sotto (BG), Italy
Email: info@skynetlab.net
By using Voult you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
02What Voult does
Voult is an Android app that stores and organises passwords and credentials on your phone, generates passwords, points out weak or reused ones, fills in sign-in fields if you turn the feature on, and exports or imports backups. It works offline and keeps data only on the device.
03Purchase
Voult is bought once on Google Play. Payment, billing and refunds follow Google Play rules. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
04Your responsibilities
- Master password. Choose a strong one and remember it. If you forget it and have not turned on fingerprint unlock you will no longer be able to open Voult, and we have no way to recover it for you.
- Phone. Protect the device with a screen lock and keep the system up to date.
- Backup. Voult data is excluded from the Android automatic backup: regularly export an encrypted backup and keep it off the phone. Without a backup, if you lose or reset the phone your data cannot be recovered.
- Lawful use. Use Voult only for lawful purposes and for credentials you are entitled to keep.
05Security
Voult uses standard security measures, such as AES-256 encryption with the key in the Android Keystore. No system is invulnerable, though: security also depends on the phone, its operating system and how you use it.
06Intellectual property
The app, its code, graphics, texts and the name Voult belong to the owner and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941) and the Industrial Property Code (Legislative Decree 30/2005). You may not copy, modify or distribute the app, nor decompile it except where the law allows.
07Warranty and liability
Voult is provided as is: we do our best for it to work well, but we cannot guarantee it is always free of errors. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and the rights the law grants to consumers, which these terms do not limit in any way, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss caused by a forgotten master password, missing backups or lost, reset or compromised devices.
08Updates
We may update the app to add features or fix errors. If we change these terms we publish the new version here with its date: changes apply going forward and do not reduce the rights the law grants you. If you do not accept them you can stop using the app and uninstall it.
09Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
